Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) is seeking a Report Developer to design, develop, and deploy reports for a stock trading system.

You will work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across UAT and production deployments. The role requires strong PySpark/SQL data transformation skills, ETL concepts, and hands-on experience with SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years IT development experience, preferably in banking or financial services with report development focus.
• Minimum 3 years of report development experience with proven delivery.
• Experience leading a team of at least 6 members in IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and validate reporting requirements.
• Understand data source mapping and transformation logic.
• Design and implement ~100 reports using agreed tools and frameworks.
• Ensure reports meet business requirements and comply with BANK'S standards.
• Prepare test cases and validate reports during UAT.
• Address defects and implement fixes promptly.
• Execute production deployment following BANK'S change management processes.
• Maintain rollback plans and deployment documentation.
• Work with Bank's teams for access to systems and environments.
• Provide regular updates and utilization reports as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in report development for financial or trading systems.
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, data transformation, and ETL concepts.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with stock trading workflows and financial data structures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during UAT and production deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in credit pool model projects or time-based service engagements.
• Knowledge of Banks technical environment and compliance standards.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized with a strong focus on following prescribed processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in IT development, preferably in banking or financial services with minimal 3 years of report development experience.
• Need to have experience in leading a team of minimum 6 members.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
