Job summary

BASIL TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Report Developer to design, develop, and deploy reports for a stock trading system. You will collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with PySpark, SQL, data transformation, ETL concepts, and reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in IT development, preferably in banking or financial services with minimal 3 years of report development experience.
Lead to have experience in leading a team of minimum 6 members.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy ~100 reports for a stock trading system.
Translate requirements into technical solutions with business analysts and stakeholders.
Test and support UAT, address defects, and implement fixes promptly.
Execute production deployment following change management processes and maintain deployment docs.
Collaborate with Bank’s teams for access to systems and provide regular updates.
