Eastspring Investments is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Cleared REPO transition within the Middle Office. You will partner with the project team, Business Analysts, technology, and external providers to design practical, controllable end-to-end processes and readiness for live operation.

Qualifications include a degree in Business/Finance and 3–5 years in financial services, preferably asset management, with strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of middle office processes in asset management
• Experience with Fixed Income and repo workflows
• Ability to review requirements and propose operational solutions
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsabilités

• Analyze current and future-state REPO workflows end-to-end
• Design controls, process maps and handover documentation
• Support UAT test scenarios and defect review
• Lead readiness activities for implementation and stabilisation
