Job summary

EastSpring, a Prudential asset manager in Asia, seeks an experienced Operations professional to lead end-to-end process analysis and controls for repo workflows. You will partner with project teams, review designs, and ensure readiness for go-live through robust documentation and sign-off.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in financial services, with knowledge of Fixed Income, Repo markets, and CCP clearing. Fluent English and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Financial Services experience (Asset management desirable).
• Experience with Fixed Income, Repo markets or CCP clearing projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Operational Analysis, Process Design & Controls: review requirements and designs, map end-to-end repo workflows, identify gaps and remediation actions.
• UAT Assurance, Defect Review & Operations Sign-off: develop risk-based test scenarios and verify defects are resolved before go-live.
• Operational Readiness, Documentation & Implementation: prepare SOPs, training materials, handover docs and readiness tracking.
