Job summary

EDP APAC is a leading renewables hub in the Asia Pacific, focusing on solar and wind asset design, development, and operation. We seek a Maintenance Programme Analyst to optimise the asset maintenance portfolio and drive data-driven planning using AI-enhanced models.

The role governs backlog, validates data quality and supports improved prioritisation, resource planning and performance across clusters, while coordinating with engineers and procurement to meet regulatory deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in maintenance engineering or asset management in power/renewable sectors.
• Experience in developing and reviewing preventive/predictive maintenance programmes.
• Experience analysing maintenance histories, failure patterns and asset information.
• Experience with CMMS or EAM systems and maintenance planning tasks.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, operations, contractors and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly maintenance programmes for the solar asset portfolio.
• Establish preventive maintenance activities and frequencies based on equipment requirements, contracts and regulations.
• Consolidate corrective maintenance triggers from Monitoring, Asset Management, Technical Engineers and Cluster Leads.
• Include shutdown windows, site-access restrictions, deadlines and resource constraints in the programme.
• Maintain a forward forecast of workload, manpower, contractor and material requirements.
• Analyse backlog by cluster, asset type and risk to identify issues and prioritise actions.
• Escalate high-risk or long-outstanding work to the Head of Asset Operations.
• Model resources and time to recover excessive backlog.
• Verify completed work orders have readings, photos, hours and material records.
