Job summary

DNV is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Consultant to lead project delivery and provide technical advisory across the Asia-Pacific region. You will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to business growth in renewable energy sectors including solar PV and energy storage.

You will assess project risks, perform due diligence, and deliver feasibility studies and engineering services for developers, lenders, and asset owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of renewable energy consulting or related experience.
• Experience leading client-facing projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy development, financing and operations.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery as Project Manager and technical lead for renewable energy advisory projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage project scope and profitability.
• Perform due diligence, feasibility studies, lender advisory, and owner's engineering.
• Identify risks and develop practical mitigation across solar PV, BESS, and hybrids.
• Represent DNV at events and develop new business opportunities.
