Binance is seeking a skilled Recruiter to support our global expansion, focusing on technical hiring. This remote role allows candidates located anywhere within APAC time zones, with potential contract extension.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process, build talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The role requires 3–6+ years in recruitment, English fluency, and strong sourcing skills, with crypto familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top-tier Internet company or agencies.
• Experience in Web3/Crypto recruitment is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Market mapping experience for global markets or Asia.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Independent worker with positive crypto attitude.

Responsabilités

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
• Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process.
• Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners.
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including networking, university outreach, job fairs, and maintaining contact with candidates.
