Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge across talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and stakeholder reporting.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and surface bottlenecks.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes that scale impact across global markets.
