Binance Singapore is launching the Accelerator Program internship in HR Talent Acquisition. You will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across tech roles, while managing postings on multiple platforms and maintaining ATS data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment or HR and talent strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable in an international, tech-driven environment.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings on LinkedIn, internal ATS, and local boards.
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS (Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research for hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Identify process improvements based on observations.
