Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Vice President, Regional Construction Execution (APAC) to lead design, supply chain and construction in the region, directing capital infrastructure projects to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Master's degree (beneficial).
Extensive experience (15+ years) in construction management, leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning for construction, design and supply chain aligned with regional and global goals.
Lead a team of construction, design and supply chain professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Be the in-region leader of the broader GID team and collaborate with global teams.
Ensure project management from initiation to completion with adherence to plans and budgets.
Oversee vendor/contractor performance and regional supply base development.
Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with project controls.
Maintain quality assurance and regulatory compliance across programs.
Communicate updates to stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
