Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Holding Asia Pte. Ltd. seeks a Vice President, Regional Construction Execution (APAC) to lead design, supply chain and construction across the region. The role focuses on delivering capital infrastructure within time, budget and quality targets, reporting to the Global Construction leadership.

The position is a full-time remote role, with eligibility across Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand, requiring strong leadership and strategic oversight across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree is beneficial.
• Extensive leadership experience in construction management (15+ years).
• Experience with design and supply chain sourcing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for construction, design and supply chain.
• Lead a team of construction, design and supply chain professionals.
• Act as regional in-region leader for GID teams and cross‑functional groups.
• Ensure project management from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor contractors and suppliers for compliance, quality and safety.
• Engage with supply chain principals to build reliable regional capabilities.
• Coordinate with project controls on funding plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide project updates.
