Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead and implement comprehensive construction cost control systems across APAC data center projects. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenditures to support competitive project delivery.

Responsibilities include developing cost programs, building KPI dashboards, and partnering with design, engineering, and project management to ensure disciplined cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Develop control systems for project cost management.
• Analyze data from large datasets using Excel.
• Produce executive level financial reports for leadership.
• Manage cost coding within construction teams.
• Develop KPIs to track project performance.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and PM teams.
• Review supplier invoices and payments.
• Forecast budgets and cash flow.
