Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced tax professionals to help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft client-ready tax materials, including structuring decks and position summaries, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity.

The role offers flexible, remote work with 5-20 hours per week and compensation at $80 per hour. Prior Big 4 experience and strong PowerPoint skills are essential to succeed in this engagement.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD, or equivalent with 4+ years at a top tax practice (e.g. Big 4).
• Experience communicating complex tax positions in client-ready materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated tax presentations and slide decks across core workflows (tax structuring, position summaries, client slides).
• Develop reform impact analyses and tax provision communication materials.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stake­holders to ensure accuracy and clarity in deliverables.
