Job summary

Ethos is seeking international tax managers to help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible role requires 4+ years at a top tax practice and exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship with precise written communication.

Workload is 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start. Compensation is $80/hour for expert contributions and client-ready outputs in diverse tax topics.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD, or equivalent with 4+ years at a top tax practice (e.g. Big 4)
• Experience communicating complex tax positions in client-ready materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: tax structuring presentation decks, technical position summaries, client advisory slides, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communication materials.
• Communicate complex tax positions in client-ready materials to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expert PowerPoint craftsmanship and clear written communication in deliverables.
