Job summary

Ethos is seeking an engagement manager for a fully remote role to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows, including storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and client-ready production.

The role requires 3+ years at a top strategy firm, deep expertise in structured communication and slide craftsmanship, and expert-level PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an engagement manager at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
