Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced principal advisory consultants to help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining presentations across client workflows, leveraging expert PowerPoint skills and strong storytelling to deliver high-quality outputs.

Fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) and ASAP start. Compensation is $80/hour with opportunity for more hours if desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting, strategy, or advisory practice (e.g. Big 4).
• Strong expertise in client deliverable structure, storylining, and data exhibits.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: client proposal decks, transformation roadmaps, operating model presentations, executive workshops, benchmarking exhibits, and final report production.
