Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced risk consultants for remote, flexible work to train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will craft and refine risk, regulatory, and governance materials, including board-facing outputs, with expert PowerPoint skills.

The role offers 5–20 hours per week, a starting date ASAP, and compensation at $80 per hour. Prior Big 4 or top firm experience is preferred, with strong written communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in risk, regulatory, or internal audit advisory at a top firm (e.g., Big 4)
• Experience producing board- and regulator-facing materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and written communication with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in training the language model by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including risk assessment presentation decks, regulatory readiness roadmaps, control framework exhibits, board risk committee materials, and remediation program reporting.
