Shell Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to strengthen service reliability for Data & Analytics platforms. The role emphasizes automation, modern SRE and cloud engineering within a fast-paced environment, supporting Shell Energy Asia’s data landscape.

You will collaborate with DevOps teams to reduce toil, implement end-to-end monitoring, and drive cost-effective, secure operations with strong governance and AI-enabled improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7+ years of IT Operations, application support and development.
• Experience with business-critical applications, integrations, data pipelines.
• Experience managing operational readiness and ATO requirements.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights.
• ITIL processes knowledge across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Interest in AI automation for productivity and reliability.
• Observability: logs, metrics, traces; self-healing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end operational support for Data & Analytics apps and platforms with 24x7 coverage.
• Support changes, upgrades and cutovers with readiness and risk control.
• Strengthen control environment: IT controls, security remediation, access governance, audits.
• Partner with Product DevOps to improve reliability and observability.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of operational practices.
• Engage in projects to define operational requirements and ATO outcomes.
• Own financial oversight: cost management, budgets, reporting.
