Job summary

Horizon3 is a 100% remote cybersecurity company seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect in Singapore. You will demonstrate the value of NodeZero and related services, engage with prospects to understand their security needs, and tailor solutions for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

You will train the sales team on technical aspects, collaborate with product and engineering, and help drive successful post-sale outcomes across diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years as Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management and cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and position our cybersecurity products to prospects and clients.
• Meet with potential customers to understand their security needs and infrastructure.
• Provide live demos and proofs of concepts tailored to each customer.
• Design and refine solutions with the sales and product teams.
• Train the sales team on technical aspects of our products.
• Relay field feedback to product/engineering for improvement.
• Assist in answering technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
• Support post-sales activities to ensure smooth implementation.
