Job summary

Menlo Security in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to support regional opportunities, from discovery to proof of concept and close. You will articulate security benefits to technical and non-technical audiences and tailor solutions to customer budgets and needs.

Collaborating with regional sales managers and partners, you will lead POC engagements, configure Menlo Security services, train users, and draft technical responses using AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of pre-sales experience in computer networking or security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate business value and technical advantages.

Responsibilities

• Articulate benefits of Menlo Security solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and map requirements to a solution.
• Lead proof of concept engagements, deploy configurations, train users, and coordinate between Sales and technical teams.
• Collaborate with regional partners to drive partner-led opportunities and expand customer implementations.
• Use AI-assisted tools to draft technical responses, RFPs, and follow-up communications.
