Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned CDD professional to ensure global AML/CFT standards are met across retail and corporate onboarding and ongoing monitoring. You will collaborate with MLROs and local teams to align local CDD requirements with the global framework.

You’ll drive the CDD program, manage audits and third-party relationships, and partner with product leadership to enhance global and local CDD controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CDD experience.
• ACAMS or ACFCS certification.
• Experience with audits and managing third party relationships.
• Knowledge of global CDD requirements.
• Experience implementing customer risk scoring frameworks.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions risks.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements for financial services & crypto.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Head CDD Governance to drive the CDD strategy for retail and corporate customers.
• Manage third party relationships with auditors and fiat partners.
• Ensure global CDD standards are met for retail and corporate services.
• Partner with product leadership to enhance global and local CDD controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Be the point of contact for compliance matters with banks, auditors and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple CDD projects across jurisdictions and deliver on time.
• Report progress of Global and local CDD projects to management.
