Binance is seeking an experienced compliance leader to drive remediation initiatives across the Global Money Laundering Reporting Officer (GMLRO) function and to oversee financial crime risk governance for a multinational organization.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams, support governance forums, and prepare program reports for boards. Deep knowledge of FATF standards, KYC/KYB, and transaction monitoring is essential.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in financial crime compliance / AML.
• Hands-on experience building or overhauling AML governance frameworks and boards.
• Experience handling SARs/STRs, regulatory investigations, and high-risk decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive development and implementation of remediation initiatives across Compliance and the GMLRO office.
• Coordinate between global Compliance functions and regional teams on special projects.
• Support governance forums and oversight programs with accurate reporting.
• Prepare oversight and board reporting for global and local entities.
• Oversee obligation mapping and horizon scanning for financial crime risks.
