You will act as the product subject matter expert for the Sales Team, engaging in diverse support activities and coordinating with regional managers to manage your commitments. This remote role travels occasionally and offers a collaborative, learning-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Tridium Niagara Framework and Distech Controls solutions.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and control programming.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Support system integrators and end-users with product adoption.
• Develop and present technical sessions and webinars.
• Assist with customer onboarding and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on capabilities.
