Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of Tridium Niagara Framework, EC-Net as a Distech solution.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems.
• Ability to write programs for HVAC control.
• Explain complex topics in layman terms.
• Fundamental understanding of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks.
• Fundamental MSTP/IP networking knowledge.
• Show initiative and work well with stakeholders.
• Strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• New Product Introductions.
• Develop and present tech sessions/webinars/lunch & learns.
• Support new customer onboardings.
• Assist at industry trade shows with product demos and lead gen.
• Demonstrate product features.
• Provide supplemental product training.
• Support projects adopting new technology.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to stay informed about capabilities.
• Assist in project tenders with regional sales.
