Job summary

Circle is hiring a remote, full-time Customer Support specialist to join our global team. You’ll handle open inquiries, solve complex problems, and work with internal teams to provide the best solutions for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses.

You’ll join a 100% remote company of ~270+ people across 30+ countries, working 8:00 AM–5:00 PM IST Tue–Sat (40 hours/week). Strong English and SaaS support experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a technical SaaS support role.
• Proficient in English (CEFR C2 / ILR 5) in speaking, writing and reading.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer issues across email channels and other touchpoints.
• Provide onboarding support and scale to Circle Plus communities.
• Become product and admin-tool expert to assist customers and internal teams.
• Advise creators on practical solutions for launching and growing communities.
• Troubleshoot across desktop/mobile browsers, apps, and integrations.
• Escalate feedback to improve product and user experience.
• Collaborate with engineers/designers to resolve complex issues.
