Job summary

Sapaad Pte. Ltd is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to bridge customers and products, understanding requirements and proposing solutions via email, phone, live chat, or in person.

You’ll lead consultations, host webinars, and create content to help users maximize our software. As the product’s first face to customers, you’ll influence retention and user experience while collaborating with engineering and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate in a regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.).
• Strong people skills and customer-facing demeanor.
• Tenacity, patience, and empathy to resolve issues.
• Ownership mindset and availability for users.
• Willingness to travel for client visits or on-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Sapaad’s software products.
• Engage with users over phone or email to understand issues and provide solutions.
• Record and own user issues (raise tickets) and coordinate resolution with engineering with detailed reports.
• Respond to user issues in clear, professional language.
• Participate in customer training and education programs to guide users on product usage.
• Assist in onboarding and deploying the software at customer sites.
• Provide remote and on-site support as required and escalate to the development team when needed.
• Delight users and turn them into brand ambassadors.
