Job summary

International SOS group is seeking a Registered Nurse with 3+ years post-registration to lead quality investigations, patient safety initiatives, and governance. The RQAL will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and international healthcare partners.

You will develop CAPAs, analyze data, build dashboards, and support audits, accreditation, and provider performance management across the region. Occasional travel to provider sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and RN with 3+ years post-registration experience.
• Experience in healthcare quality management, governance, patient safety, or QA.
• Proven experience conducting complaints, grievance, incident, or quality investigations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Experience in healthcare insurance/managed care or international healthcare.
• Knowledge of TRICARE Overseas Program or similar programs preferred.
• Experience with audits, accreditation, and provider performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality investigations into incidents, complaints, grievances, and service recovery.
• Develop CAPAs and monitor effectiveness.
• Lead quality improvement projects using PDSA and CI principles.
• Create dashboards, reports, and governance materials.
• Partner with clinical teams and providers to drive patient safety and quality.
• Monitor provider quality and support audits and assessments.
• Deliver quality education, coaching, and stakeholder engagement regionally.
• Occasional travel to provider sites.
