Job summary

ECON NURSING HOME SERVICES (1987) PTE LTD is seeking a Clinical Nursing Quality and Safety professional to uphold high standards of care and safety for residents. The role covers clinical decision-making, medication administration, and comprehensive nursing procedures, with emphasis on quality indicators and MOH compliance.

You will supervise nursing staff, assist in resident activities and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating with medical staff and sponsors to sustain excellent care

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or Diploma in Nursing with valid licence from SNB (Singapore Nursing Board)
• State Registered Nurse with valid practising license
• BCLS certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support)

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and excellent clinical and service quality to residents and sponsors
• Ensure safe delivery of care and clinical decisions to all residents
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to ENHS SOPs
• Plan and carry out daily activities for residents and assist rehabilitation programs
• Manage daily medications, documentation, and inventory to meet MOH requirements
• Collaborate with Medical Doctor on treatment and management of residents
• Handle feedback and investigations related to resident care
• Maintain log books and ensure effective communication with residents and sponsors
