Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Engineer II to uphold SiTime’s environmental quality systems in the design and manufacturing of MEMS-based timing products. You will lead audits, support change management, and drive supplier collaboration to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Environmental Safety or Chemical.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support overtime if needed.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to environmental & customer surveys with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain Environmental documentation (Reach, RoHS, IMDS, CAMDS, IPC1752 & custom formats).
• Monitor material declaration documents from suppliers and keep them current.
• Perform supplier audits and monitor supplier processes for improvements.
• Generate material composition reports and maintain them in the document control system.
• Audit per ISO9001:2015 and customer requirements.
• Run Change Control Board activities and notify customers.
