Job summary

RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior / Quality Engineer for our Singapore operations to own quality planning and control for semiconductor equipment manufacturing. You will ensure all builds meet stringent customer and industry standards.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to mitigate quality risks and drive continuous improvement across a global supplier network. This is a full-time, on-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Senior level: 5+ years in semiconductor quality engineering; 3+ years for QE level.
• Working knowledge of SEMI and ISO 14644 cleanroom standards.
• ASQ CQE or CQT certification is an advantage.
• Experience in front-end semiconductor equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and standards for equipment manufacturing
• Carry out audits, define inspection protocols, and monitor production quality
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to identify and reduce quality risks
• Lead continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives
• Train QC and manufacturing teams on quality procedures
• Maintain quality documentation, records, and performance metrics

About the Role
Our client, a global leader in precision equipment and subsystems for the semiconductor industry, is looking for a Senior / Quality Engineer to join its Singapore operations. You will own quality planning and control for equipment manufacturing, and make sure every build meets exacting customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and standards for equipment manufacturing
• Carry out audits, define inspection protocols, and monitor production quality
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to identify and reduce quality risks

Requirements
