Job summary

SiTime, a leader in MEMS-based precision timing, seeks a Senior Sustaining Test Engineer in Singapore. You will analyze test data, disposition abnormalities in Final Test and Circuit/Wafer Probing, and drive qualification and buy-off for test hardware, tooling, and ATE systems.

You will also implement test processes and collaborate with OSAT partners to ensure mass production readiness. You will lead test improvement initiatives, document SOPs, and provide expertise on test HW and programs to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience with Prober and ATE for Final Test or Wafer sort.
Hands-on experience with production line sustaining for Final Test or Circuit Probe/Wafer Sort.
Familiar with test methodologies, test flows, and schematics.
English communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide solutions and dispositions for test abnormalities in manufacturing/production.
Plan and execute qualification and buy-off for test hardware, tooling, and ATE systems.
Deliver test data analysis and documented reports on buy-off and qualification.
Provide remote/online debugging for test hardware, products, test programs and systems.
Develop and refine test processes for Circuit/Wafer Probing and Final Test.
