Job summary

Binance is seeking a Reconciliation and Billing Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of billing across all card schemes, processors, and vendors.

This role spans daily scheme advisements reconciliation, clearing and settlement matching, monthly invoice validation, vendor billing reconciliation, interchange and assessment fee analysis, scheme mandate management, acquirer commission reconciliation, dispute handling, and billing trend monitoring requiring high accuracy from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience in payments finance with exposure to scheme billing or settlement reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and large dataset reconciliation.
• Strong written communication for dispute filing and vendor/scheme correspondence.
• Able to work independently and follow issues through to resolution with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Scheme Billing Reconciliation - Reconcile network billing across issuing accounts; validate fee categories, event codes, and charges against data.
• Vendors Billing Reconciliation - Validate invoices from processors and vendors against pricing and volumes; identify pricing errors.
• Mandate & Program Management - Manage mandates and enrollments, renewals, and opt-outs.
• Reconcile Commission & Interchange - Reconcile commission and interchange against terms and volumes; resolve discrepancies.
• Billing Forecast & Trend Monitoring - Maintain forecasts from historical trends and fee schedules; flag anomalies.
• Reporting & Controls - Prepare monthly variance reports and build reconciliation tools; support audits.
