Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to own usage-to-invoice accuracy for Bitdeer AI's Model-as-a-Service platform. Reconcile metering data with invoices, maintain pricing models, and calculate credits when infrastructure issues arise.

You will work across engineering, finance, and customer teams to ensure transparent, auditable billing. The role requires 3+ years in billing or revenue operations, strong SQL, and experience with cloud data warehouses and at least one SaaS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or financial analysis at a cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or other usage-metered business, with direct exposure to consumption-based pricing.
• Strong SQL skills for querying usage and billing data across large event volumes and familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) to reconcile pipelines against billed output.
• Hands-on experience with at least one usage-based or subscription billing platform (Stripe Billing, Zuora, Chargebee, Metronome, Orb) and knowledge of pricing models.
• Working knowledge of GPU/compute-based pricing (per-token, per-GPU-hour, tiered/committed-use) and translating SLA terms into credits.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, finance, and customer-facing teams, tracing discrepancies from invoice to raw metering events.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling in Excel or Google Sheets and basic scripting in Python to automate checks.

Responsibilities

• Usage-to-Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile metering data against billed line items per cycle and document root causes with engineering and finance teams.
• Pricing Model Maintenance: Maintain and evolve pricing models and ensure configuration matches commitments from product and sales.
• GPU-Fault Service Credits: Calculate and issue credits for GPU faults or outages with auditable methodology.
• Billing Data Quality and Anomaly Detection: Monitor pipelines for anomalies and build checks to catch gaps early.
• Billing Support and Dispute Resolution: Support disputes with usage evidence and propose pricing logic improvements.
