Job summary

BSKIN PTE. LTD. is seeking a performance marketing specialist to own paid acquisition end to end in a fully remote, part-time role (~4 hours daily). You will manage Meta, Google and Shopee ads, run tests, optimise ROAS and CTR, and track performance with GA4/Pixel.

Collaborate with the growth lead and in-house creative team, translate data into actionable recommendations, and deliver weekly strategy reports to drive scalable sales in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS or online sales with data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with tracking basics: Pixel, GA4 and UTMs.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads accounts including structure, budgets and bidding.
• Run Shopee ads (sponsored search and shop ads) and manage campaigns end-to-end.
• Plan and execute regular A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Optimize ROAS, CTR and CVR; reallocate budget to top performers.
• Maintain accurate tracking across Meta Pixel, GA4 and Shopify; report weekly results.
• Analyze the customer journey from click to checkout and identify drop-offs.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for creatives and briefs.
• Provide weekly reports outlining strategies, improvements and next steps.
