ILLUMINATING ASIA SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Part-Time E-commerce & Marketing Executive to set up and manage Lazada and Shopee stores, while supporting Meta channels.

The role is remote, with a 3-month contract at 20 hours per week and flexible hours. You will ensure accurate product data, pricing, and consistent branding across platforms, including promotions and campaigns. Ideal candidates have hands-on Lazada/Shopee experience, e-commerce SEO knowledge, and strong English writing skills.

• Respond to reviews and basic customer inquiries.

About us

We are a Singapore-based, award-winning lighting group with multiple product lines and a growing online presence. We are building out our Lazada and Shopee stores and need a capable marketing person to set them up and run them.

The role

You will set up our online stores to a high standard, then keep product information and pricing accurate and competitive. You will also support our Meta channels. You’ll manage several stores, each with its own product range, so you’ll need to stay organised and keep everything consistent.

Responsibilities

• Set up Lazada and Shopee stores: store profile, branding, categories and product listings.
• Optimise listings for platform SEO: keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags, attributes and image sequencing.
• Upload, update and maintain product information, specifications, images and stock status.
• Manage pricing, promotions, vouchers and campaign participation (e.g. 11.11, 12.12, mega sales), keeping pricing accurate and consistent.
• Monitor store performance (traffic, conversion, ratings, reviews, competitor pricing) and recommend improvements.
• Respond to reviews and basic customer enquiries.
• Support our Facebook and Instagram pages through Meta Business Suite: scheduling, insights and basic ad campaigns.
• Maintain a product and pricing master sheet so all stores stay in sync.
• Provide a short monthly performance report.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Lazada Seller Center and Shopee Seller Centre, ideally managing more than one store.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce SEO.
• Competent with Meta Business Suite (scheduling, insights, ads basics).
• Strong written English and close attention to detail.
• Organised enough to handle multiple product lines without mixing up data or pricing.
• Comfortable with Canva or similar image tools.
• Based in Singapore, with the right to work here.
• As Shopee and Lazada require user to be based in the same locality; this role is only open to candidates based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience with lighting, furniture, home or décor products.
• Experience with Shopee or Lazada ads.
• Copywriting and basic product photography briefing skills.

Work arrangement

• 3-month contract, part-time at 20 hours per week, flexible hours, mostly remote with occasional meetings.
• Compensation: S$550 per month.
• Possible extension based on performance.
• Structured KPI and deliverables tied to timeline for each work week.
