Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Contract Manufacturing Management.
• Proven experience leading NPIs, transfers, ramp-ups, or complex supply chain programs.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and contract manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI readiness, product transfers, and capacity expansion at contract manufacturing sites.
• Drive factory readiness reviews covering manpower, materials, processes, equipment, and capacity.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality for build events, pilot runs, and ramp-up.
• Identify risks to launch schedules and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time introduction.
• Lead ramp planning and execution to meet output, yield, and availability targets.
• Engage with contract manufacturers to align production schedules, material readiness, and capacity.
• Monitor performance against forecasts, shipments, and targets; resolve issues impacting delivery.
