Job summary

Fu Yu Corp is seeking a Program Engineer to support the execution and coordination of customer programs across Singapore, Malaysia, and China. You will partner with the Program Manager to drive programs from initiation through mass production, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations are met with disciplined execution across regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience in precision engineering, plastics injection molding, tooling development, or contract manufacturing.
• Exposure to New Product Introduction (NPI), tooling, sample builds, validation, and production ramp-up.
• Strong cross-functional experience with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain is a plus.
• Knowledge of engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and basic quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in managing customer programs from award through mass production.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional sites to align execution with customer requirements.
• Track KPIs and ensure timely program reviews and status updates.
