Qualifications

• 4+ years in professional Japanese-English translation, localization, or bicultural business communications.
• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese, with direct experience reviewing high-stakes Japanese-language business or legal materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Perform translation review for business and legal materials.
• Manage terminology and glossaries; assess cultural-context and tone.
