You’ll build your own book of business, run discovery calls, diagnose growth bottlenecks, and close programs that fit client needs. You’ll own accounts end-to-end, nurture relationships, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities. Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or client success.
• Closer who thinks long-term and can grow accounts.
• Natural relationship builder and strong communicator.
• Follow-through: you do what you say, on time.
• Commercially sharp with upsell/referral awareness.
• Organised and self-directed in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and sales calls with interior design firms and close them into the right programme.
• Manage your own sales pipeline end to end: qualification, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing, with clear monthly targets.
• Own every account you close as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Run regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients and recommend next steps.
• Drive renewals by showing value throughout the programme, not just at renewal time.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities to move clients to higher programme tiers.
• Generate referrals by building strong client relationships and trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep promises made during the sales process.
