Job summary

SINGAPORE WEFIC OCEAN TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Systems Coordinator to manage IT systems, network, and related infrastructure.

You will act as the liaison between employees and external IT vendors to ensure issues are resolved and IT needs are met. The role requires coordination of IT assets, licenses, and security across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, with a focus on reliability, documentation, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 3+ years in IT administration, infrastructure or coordination.
• Experience with outsourced IT service providers.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and basic cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT asset and software licence management.
• Familiarity with data backup and disaster recovery.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and own IT matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact between employees and external IT service providers.
• Coordinate and follow up on IT issues, service requests and system requirements.
• Oversee administration of IT network and infrastructure with external vendors.
• Monitor IT systems, network and onsite server room, with onsite checks as needed.
• Maintain server room security, temperature, and upkeep.
• Maintain IT asset register and records of hardware, software, licences and warranties.
• Manage software licences, renewals, user allocation and vendor support.
• Coordinate access and equipment for onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365, email, shared folders with outsourced provider.
• Coordinate data backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, preventive maintenance with vendors.
• Review and follow up on IT issues and areas for improvement.
• Maintain IT documentation and vendor records.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate procurement of IT hardware, software and services.
• Support IT projects and implementation of new IT solutions.
• Highlight IT risks or unresolved matters to management.
