Sing Wah Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage servers, network equipment, firewalls, CCTV and access control, and to provide day-to-day IT support to staff. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and hands-on knowledge of Windows environments, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS and backup solutions.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or systems support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows environments, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN) and backup solutions.
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems is an advantage.
• Experience managing licences for engineering or design software is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CCNA or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• Able to work independently and handle a broad range of IT matters as the company's key IT resource.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, firewalls, Wi-Fi and end-user devices.
• Administer and maintain CCTV and access control systems.
• Administer user accounts, email, domain and DNS, file storage and office productivity platforms.
• Oversee data backup, recovery and cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, patching and access rights.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Manage software licensing for the company, including allocation to staff, renewals, usage tracking and licence compliance, with a focus on engineering and design software.
• Install, configure and support engineering and office software for users, and coordinate with software vendors on technical issues and upgrades.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory and system documentation.
• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers on procurement, maintenance contracts and projects.
• Recommend and implement system improvements, and support future system transitions such as ERP implementation.
