Singapore Wefic Ocean Technology Development Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Systems Coordinator to oversee IT systems, network, and related matters. The role acts as the liaison between employees and outsourced IT vendors, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of IT requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant IT administration, infrastructure or coordination experience.
• Experience with outsourced IT service providers and third-party vendors.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows environment, networking, user access and basic cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT asset and software licence management.
• Familiarity with data backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Experience with engineering or technical software would be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of IT matters through to completion.
• This is a 1 year contract, part time role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between employees and external IT service providers.
• Coordinate and follow up on IT issues, service requests and system requirements until resolution.
• Coordinate and oversee the administration of the Company's IT network and infrastructure with external IT vendors.
• Monitor the condition and performance of IT systems, network infrastructure and the onsite server room, and conduct onsite checks when necessary.
• Ensure the server room is properly maintained, secure and kept at an appropriate temperature.
• Maintain the IT asset register and records of hardware, software, licences and warranties.
• Manage and coordinate software licences, renewals, user allocation and vendor support.
• Coordinate IT requirements, system access and equipment for employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365, email, shared folders and other system access with the outsourced IT provider.
• Coordinate data backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, preventive maintenance and infrastructure-related matters with external vendors.
