Job summary

NPI SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) (PTE.) LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Security Lead to manage mission-critical IT systems for local and overseas users.

You will collaborate with Global IT to align standards and drive regional IT initiatives, ensuring reliable performance and user support. The role requires strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 expertise, along with fluent English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting mission-critical IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, Hyper‑V, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience with system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly in English and Chinese to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure backup schedules run reliably and monitor cybersecurity to safeguard systems.
• Administer endpoint devices using RMM tools and provide IT support to local/overseas users.
• Collaborate with Global IT to oversee regional projects and align local IT practices with global standards.
• Respond to user requests and resolve tickets within KPIs; monitor network connectivity.
• Set up VPN access and manage NAS and RDS for remote work.
• Assist with hardware upgrades, OS updates, patching, and firmware upgrades.
• Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate software procurement with Global IT.
• Manage IT asset inventory and network devices (routers, printers, switches).
• Configure email accounts and Office 365 for new hires; map shared folders in NAS/AD.
• Configure browsers/tablets for remote desktop and offboarding processes.
