Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced TS/FDD managers to help train an AI model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate and refine AI-generated slide decks covering QoE exhibits, databook summaries, diligence findings, working capital analysis, and red flag reports.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and requires 4+ years at a top advisory firm plus expert PowerPoint skills and precise written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4)
• Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows
• Produce QoE exhibits, databook summary slides, diligence findings decks
• Develop working capital analysis pages and red flag report production
