GitLab is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to build and lead full-cycle searches across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related functions. You will partner with leaders across teams to map role scope, align on hiring plans, and guide candidates through a transparent process.

This is a remote-first role with global impact and a focus on data-driven decision making. You'll use structured interviews, market insights, and diverse sourcing to create strong pipelines, while representing

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets.
• Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience, or strong interest in learning sales segments, quotas, and OTE.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end searches for GTM roles (Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, Sales Operations).
• Lead intake and kickoff conversations with hiring teams on scope, quota, ramp, interview plans, and timelines.
• Coordinate structured interviews with clear competencies and actionable feedback.
• Leverage market data and benchmarks to shape search strategy and address blockers.
• Build diverse talent pipelines balancing active, passive, referrals, and internal candidates.
• Deliver thoughtful candidate experiences and clear compensation explanations during offers.
