Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to help build the go-to-market teams that drive growth. In this individual contributor role, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other groups, owning searches from intake through close.

You’ll build inclusive pipelines and use data and market insight to guide hiring decisions while growing into a trusted talent advisor. You’ll manage 12–15 requisitions at a time, lead intake, align scope and ramp, and collaborate on

Qualifications

• Experience running end-to-end GTM hiring campaigns
• Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Enablement teams
• Proven track record in diverse hiring pipelines

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle searches for GTM roles across multiple teams
• Lead intake and align role scope, quotas, and ramp expectations
• Structure and execute equitable interviews with clear feedback
• Leverage market data and benchmarks to shape search strategy
• Assess candidates for quota attainment and relevant sales experience
• Develop diverse sourcing plans balancing active and passive talent
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience and clear compensation discussions
