Chagible AI Lab is seeking a Marketing Manager who thrives on growth, technology, and the future of marketing. You will craft digital strategies, drive performance, and experiment with AI-powered channels to boost brand awareness, traffic, and leads.

Working remotely on a freelance basis (4 days/week, UTC+8), you will partner with product and leadership to implement data-driven campaigns, optimize content and SEO, and report on outcomes with clear recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing or growth marketing experience.
• Strong SEO, content marketing, analytics, paid media, and digital acquisition knowledge.
• Proven ability to plan and optimize campaigns with measurable results.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword tools, and marketing platforms.
• Understanding of website optimization and conversion rate best practices.
• Curiosity about AI-powered marketing and emerging tech.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Growth mindset and willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and product growth.
• Manage marketing initiatives across SEO, content marketing, paid media, email marketing, social media, and emerging AI channels.
• Create and optimize marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, audience needs, and market opportunities.
• Lead SEO strategies including keyword research, content planning, technical optimization, and organic growth initiatives.
• Develop content strategies focused on AI, marketing technology, industry trends, and customer search behavior.
• Optimize websites, landing pages, and digital assets to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion performance.
• Analyze marketing performance using analytics platforms, search data, campaign reports, and internal insights.
• Build performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and audience insights to support marketing decisions.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns from strategy development through performance evaluation.
• Explore and implement automation workflows, and emerging technologies.
