Chagible AI Lab is seeking a Chief Business Officer to drive investor engagement, partnerships, and early business growth for an AI-focused startup. The role translates product capabilities into measurable outcomes including funding, customer acquisition, and monetization.

You will build early pipelines, shape pricing and monetization, and align product and engineering with market needs while operating with high ownership in a flexible, remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience driving successful fundraising rounds (pre-seed to Series A).
• Ability to engage with venture capital, angel investors, and institutional funds.
• Capable of leading investor meetings with tangible outcomes (follow-ups/commitments).
• Track record building business pipelines and revenue channels from zero to traction.
• Translate market insights into actionable business strategy and GTM plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage with investors and manage early-stage fundraising efforts.
• Support CEO in pitching the product to investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to validate opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Identify and develop early partnerships, pilots, and client opportunities.
• Define initial go-to-market direction based on customer feedback.
