Qualifications

• 2–4 years in digital marketing, agency side preferred.
• Must have personally held login on live Meta and Google Ads accounts with measurable spend and CPL changes.
• Hands-on with at least three: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Klaviyo or similar email marketing, content marketing.
• Already uses AI daily and can show outcomes, not just theory.
• Hands-on with at least one agentic AI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Composer) or equivalent in n8n/Make.
• Curiosity-driven, self-taught with new tools; not waiting for handholding.
• Able to explain strategy to a business owner without jargon.
• Can manage twenty plates without dropping them, with system-following discipline.
• Data-literate, can read dashboards and advise actions.
• Based in Singapore; clients are here, with in-person time.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 20 to 25 client accounts.
• Run Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO end to end.
• Use AI to produce volume (ad copy, content, emails, social posts, briefs).
• QA every AI output before presenting to clients.
• Translate monthly data into actionable business insights.
• Handle client calls and present strategy.
• Build and refine prompts/workflows to maintain quality across 25 accounts.
• Spot upsell opportunities in campaign data.
• Maintain high client retention.
