Job summary

Binance is seeking a high-caliber Vip & Institutional Sales professional to spearhead relations with global institutional and VIP clients from Singapore. The role involves acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver tailored crypto solutions.

You will work within a fast-paced, remote, globally distributed team, travel for bespoke client events, and contribute to strategic engagement with top-tier market participants.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with clear KPI targets and client acquisition.
• Familiar with CRM tools and enterprise sales processes.
• Ability to work autonomously within a sales team and in regional events.
• 3–5 years in sales/client services with international banking/FX background.
• Experience managing institutional, HNW, prop trading, and broker clients.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and resilience under pressure.
• Crypto-focused mindset; crypto industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of major global institutional/VIP clients.
• Expand relationships through proactive communication and needs analysis.
• Build customer service processes and track key customer status.
• Analyze user behavior, prepare reports, and coordinate with departments for feedback.
